Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an Engineer III to lead electrical design teams and ensure compliance with project requirements and codes. The role includes mentoring staff, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with architects, clients, and contractors on high-profile projects.

You will develop power, lighting, and auxiliary systems, produce SLDs, and supervise protection studies while working with a wide range of engineering disciplines and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires 5+ years of engineering experience.
• US-based Professional Engineer licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of engineers, designers, and staff on projects.
• Review submittals and coordinate electrical design with trades.
• Develop designs for power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
• Prepare and review single-line diagrams and protection sizing.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors during design.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
