Job summary

Rosendin, a leading employee-owned electrical contractor, is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead in Phoenix. This advanced-level role oversees larger, complex project work and mentors Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.

You will drive resource allocation, work planning and fee development while ensuring QA/QC and value engineering across projects for regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction sciences.
• Typically requires 10 years of engineering experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Field experience is strongly recommended.
• Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee design fee for requested work.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee and evaluate current team and project resource allocation and fee disposition.
• Supervise Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• Communicate with executive management regarding effort, deliverables, and potential additional services.
• Support Engineering CAC efforts and perform QA/QC of designs.
• Perform value engineering studies.
• Coordinate with city, state, and county officials and regulatory agencies.
• Develop complete sequences of operations for automated systems.
