Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, seeks an Electrical Superintendent for high/medium voltage power generation projects. You will supervise on-site field staff, coordinate resources, and ensure safety, quality, and cost control across the project scope.

Relocation to the project site is required, with per diem and rotations offered. You will support engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities, mentoring field personnel and aligning with

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable MVR.
• Ability to supervise many employees.
• Thorough knowledge of tools and equipment uses and limitations.
• Good communication skills to deal with owners and employees.
• Possess a solid understanding of job costing.
• May be required to become a qualified individual for trade licensing or journeyman/master electrician.
• Ability to read and understand prints and contract documents.
• Knows federal and state codes for the project.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of Field Engineers and Foremen to ensure safe, productive, and quality work while controlling costs.
• Schedule labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize production and minimize costs.
• Provide coaching to supervisors and foremen; give regular feedback.
• Act as electrical consultant on circuits, power quality, switchgear, HV lines, interconnect systems.
• Enforce safety regulations and best practices on site.
• Communicate with Site Manager on project status and risk areas; collaborate with management to staff projects.
