Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a project site in the United States. Relocation is required; per diem and rotations are offered.

You will supervise on-site General Foremen and Field Engineers, coordinate with Electrical Engineers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and cost control. You will mentor crews, review discipline scope, read prints and contract documents, ensure compliance with codes, and drive efficient resource use while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable MVR.
• Ability to supervise many employees.
• Thorough knowledge of tools and equipment uses and limitations.
• Good communication skills to deal with owners and employees.
• Possess a solid understanding of job costing.
• May be required to become a qualified individual in pursuit of a company contract licensing, or journeyman or a master electrician license.
• Ability to read and understand prints and contract documents.
• Knows and understands the required federal and state codes for the project.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs on-site General Foremen, Field Engineers, and Foremen to optimize resources and comply with policies and regulations.
• Provides formal coaching and feedback to supervisory staff, and collaborates with site teams to maximize production and minimize costs.
• Schedules equipment, materials, tools, and subcontractors to efficiently utilize resources and control costs.
• Collaborates with other projects to share resources and implements standardized Work Plans.
• Acts as electrical consultant to supervision and field personnel on circuits, power quality, switchgear, and HV collection/distribution systems.
