Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for future opportunities on utility-scale solar construction projects across the United States. You’ll lead on-site electrical work, supervise field teams, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with engineering and procurement.

Ideal candidates have proven self-perform EPC field management in solar, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of electrical codes and contract

Qualifications

• Proven experience in utility-scale solar self-perform EPC field management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, prints, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site electrical construction for utility-scale solar projects.
• Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project leadership.
• Act as a technical expert on electrical systems, switchgear, and interconnects.
• Support project planning, resource scheduling, and cost control.
• Mentor field engineers and foremen, driving continuous improvement.
