Primoris Renewable Energy in Texas seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site construction of high/medium voltage systems and substations. Relocation to the project site is required; per diem and rotations are offered.

You will supervise Field Engineers and Foremen to ensure safety, quality, and cost control throughout the project. You will coordinate engineering review, procurement, construction, and start-up activities, manage crews and subcontractors, uphold safety programs, and

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR.
• Ability to supervise many employees on site.
• Thorough knowledge of tools and equipment usages.
• Strong communication with owners and team members.
• Understanding of job costing and project controls.
• Ability to read prints and contract documents and follow codes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise General Foremen, Field Engineers, and Foremen on site.
• Schedule labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Coach on safety, process improvements, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and subcontractors on HV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specs.
