Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on large power generation and industrial projects. You will provide leadership to field crews, coordinate with project teams, and drive safe, efficient execution from planning through turnover.

Responsibilities include directing craft supervision, ensuring safety compliance, reviewing drawings, and collaborating with management to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical construction on industrial/power projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation and field execution.
• Experience managing large craft teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, and productivity practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for large-scale projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and progress.
• Review drawings and work packages to align with requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues to protect schedule and cost.
• Mentor and train field personnel to support workforce development.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety reviews, and reporting.
• Ensure quality standards and assist with turnover and commissioning.
