Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on large power and industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites. This role offers leadership to field crews and collaboration with project teams on planning and execution.

You will review drawings, coordinate with engineering and operations, manage subcontractors, and drive turnover and commissioning.

Qualifications

Experience as Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Supervisor on industrial/power EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation, sequencing, and field execution.
Ability to manage large crafts and multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical construction activities for large power generation projects.
Direct craft supervision and daily work plans to hit milestones.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality, and schedules.
Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment, and progress.
Review drawings and specifications to align with requirements.
Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts.
Mentor field personnel and participate in safety reviews.
Support turnover and commissioning activities.
