Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on large power generation and industrial projects. You will lead field personnel, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence from planning through turnover.

The role requires strong leadership, deep electrical knowledge, and willingness to travel to project sites across multiple locations in North America.

Qualifications

• Must have served as Electrical Superintendent, General Superintendent, or Senior Electrical Supervisor on industrial, power-generation, or EPC construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation, sequencing, and field execution.
• Experience managing large craft workforces and multiple subcontractors.
• Solid knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, and productivity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities on large power and industrial projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to hit milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
