Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Self-Perform Work (SPW) Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of SPW projects, leading scope, schedule, cost, and quality management across multiple scopes and teams on complex construction sites.

You will mentor project teams, coordinate with design and general contracting partners, and manage budgets and procurement to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in construction operations, PM, or field supervision.
• 5+ years of SPW project or trades experience (concrete, drywall, framing).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPW project execution from preconstruction through closeout, achieving scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and cost management to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Mentor SPW project teams, including PMs, engineers, and superintendents.
• Coordinate SPW scopes with design and general contracting teams to resolve challenges.
• Review and approve budgets, forecasts, and procurement strategies for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality programs through site engagement and monitoring.
• Continuously look for process improvements and develop best practices for SPW operations.
