Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned professional to support Self-Perform Work (SPW) activities on complex projects. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing SPW scopes across trades, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and quality targets.

With 5–7 years in construction operations or field supervision, you will review drawings, manage subcontractor coordination, and help drive safety and quality standards on site. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction operations, project engineering, or field supervision.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing SPW scopes from planning through closeout to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinates field operations, materials, and equipment to support efficient execution of self-perform activities.
• Monitors project progress, tracks production performance, and supports cost and schedule control.
• Reviews drawings and submittals to verify constructability, sequencing, and scope accuracy for SPW trades.
• Supports procurement, change management, and subcontractor coordination processes.
• Promotes and enforces safety culture and quality assurance standards across job sites.
• Mentors project engineers and collaborates with project managers to identify process improvements.
