Job summary

Vertiv, a global leader in power, cooling and IT infrastructure, seeks a Site Leader to manage large, long-duration projects at customer sites in the United States. You will supervise multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with project managers, and drive on-site start-up, testing and safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional communication, and adherence to Vertiv safety practices. Responsibilities include delivering site testing, managing resources, and maintaining daily customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading start-up and commissioning of power and/or hvac equipment.
• Six years military experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial construction management.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Leads a multi-disciplinary on-site team consisting of Project Leaders, Installers, Technicians, Customer Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Represents Vertiv at daily customer meetings and can speak to technical requirements for the day's schedule to coordinate activity with other parties on-site.
• Leads and supports start-up and site testing activities for assigned projects; ensure sufficient manpower on-site each day.
