Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to guide overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes for several projects or one large program. You will lead a team of project managers and assistants, develop new business opportunities, and manage relationships with clients.

You will oversee cost tracking, change orders, and field coordination while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects and related disciplines.
• Strong project accountability and initiative for delivery and profitability.
• Creative problem solving and field-to-office coordination experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods and scheduling.
• Ability to forecast and manage project financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multiple project teams to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee change orders, cost control and client relations across projects.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance on active sites.
• Prepare and review monthly cost and progress reports.
• Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors and design teams.
