Job summary
InCharge Energy is seeking an experienced Manager, Electrical Reliability & Technical Services to lead execution and expansion of electrical infrastructure services beyond EV charging. Based in Fort Worth, TX, you will support field operations, NOC/SOC escalations, and service scope development for a growing national asset portfolio.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical field (EE/ET/industrial tech).
- 8+ years in electrical testing, maintenance, or field service.
- NETA Level III certification; Level IV preferred.
- Experience with low- and medium-voltage distribution up to 15kV.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting across sites nationwide.
- Provide technical oversight to field technicians and subcontractors on distribution equipment.
- Support NOC/SOC with remote troubleshooting for EV charging, BESS, microgrids.
- Review JHAs, lockout/tagout procedures, and arc-flash mitigation for safety.
- Develop and review service scopes including labor, materials, testing methods, outage needs, subcontractor requirements.
- Mentor technicians and contribute to qualification standards and best practices across the organization.
