Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in commercial or industrial electrical service.
• Ability to manage service technicians or field crews.
• Solid knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical service operations in the DFW market.
• Manage service technicians, apprentices, and field leadership.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, manpower planning, and emergency service coverage.
• Ensure work complies with codes, regulations and company standards.
• Support estimating, proposals and pricing for service work.
• Review job costs, labor productivity and gross margin.
• Build relationships with commercial, industrial and institutional clients.
• Grow service revenue through maintenance agreements and new opportunities.
• Ensure accurate job documentation and timely closeouts.
