Job summary
InCharge Energy is seeking a Manager of Electrical Reliability & Technical Services to lead electrical testing, maintenance, and reliability across customer sites nationwide. Based in Fort Worth, TX, you’ll blend hands-on field leadership with remote technical support and service development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required
- 8+ years in electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning, power distribution, or field service
- Current NETA Level III certification or comparable NICET Electrical Power Testing credential; Level IV preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with low- and medium-voltage distribution up to 15kV
- Experience leading complex field projects including outages, commissioning, shutdowns, and restorations
- Knowledge of OSHA, NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, ANSI/NETA, IEEE guidance; electrical safety best practices
- Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of electrical testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, outages, and restoration nationwide
- Provide technical oversight to Electrical Technicians I-V and subcontractors during field operations
- Support NOC/SOC with advanced remote troubleshooting for EV charging, BESS, microgrids and distribution assets
- Review and approve JHAs, work plans, lockout/tagout and arc-flash mitigation plans
- Develop and review repair, testing, maintenance, and reliability scopes for Service Quote team
- Evaluate drawings, one-line diagrams and field data to identify root causes and improve service quality
- Mentor technicians and contribute to qualification standards and training pathways
