Job summary

CrestCura Energy Services LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Services Manager to lead field operations across Repowering and Electrical Services. The role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership, project planning, and on-site mentorship.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in utility-scale electrical systems with at least 2 years in supervision, and prefers AC/DC repowering or MV testing. Travel nationwide is required to support projects across the country.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on technical experience in utility-scale solar PV, BESS, or industrial electrical systems.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or field management role.
• Experience with AC/DC repowering or MV testing preferred.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license and OSHA 30 certification.
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex hands-on electrical work and manage on-site technician teams.
• Train, mentor, and upskill field personnel in procedures, troubleshooting, testing, and safety.
• Manage repowering and specialized electrical service projects from mobilization to completion.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance per NFPA 70E, OSHA, and site plans.
