Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and oversee multiple projects, including on-site supervision of field personnel.
• Lay out project work and ensure materials, tools and equipment meet scope, budget and schedules.
• Manage projects and field personnel to meet completion targets within budget; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review project documents, plans and specs, coordinate field installations and manage close-outs.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations of assigned personnel.
• Collaborate with HR, Estimating, Accounting, Finance and other field support staff.
• Interact with owners, owners' reps, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors and others on project-related activities.
