Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Superintendent to lead electrical construction efforts in commercial and industrial sectors. You will supervise a team of 25+ workers, oversee safe installations, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

You will coordinate crews, schedule materials, and supervise on-site activity while maintaining compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Strong communication skills and an electrical apprenticeship are required.

Qualifications

Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
4+ years of field supervision/management experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with standard construction practices, safety protocols, and basic software.

Responsibilities

Manage teams of electricians and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
Lay out work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope and schedule.
Supervise on-site construction, trade contractors, and field personnel to meet parameters.
Review documents and ensure compliance with plans and specs; coordinate close-outs and client satisfaction.
Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
