Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• 4+ years of field supervision/management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; tech/computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to manage teams of electricians.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
• Lead crews including apprentices, journeypersons, crew leaders, and field supervisors.
• Lay out project work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Supervise on-site construction, trade contractors, and field personnel.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, project costs, time constraints, and quality standards.
• Perform annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
• Report to the General Superintendent, Project Manager, or Project Executive; collaborate with Estimating, Accounting, and HR.
