Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience: 8+ years in field supervision/management within electrical construction.
• Specialized skills: interpersonal, communication, organizational, and tech/computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects and on-site field supervisors, lead persons, crew leaders, journeypersons, apprentices and helpers.
• Plan projects and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Manage projects, trade contractors and field personnel to achieve on-time completion within budget and quality standards.
• Review project documents and plans, direct construction activities, resolve issues and manage close-outs.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations of assigned personnel as directed.
• Collaborate with HR, Estimating, Accounting, Finance and other staff.
• Interact with owners, owner representatives, architects, engineers, trade contractors and vendors.
