Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III for Richmond, VA. The role is responsible for guiding complex projects to completion, mentoring junior PMs, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong client and stakeholder interaction.

You will oversee change orders, financials, and coordination with field teams, while developing new business opportunities and maintaining high safety standards. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in related discipline; PE license a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Assistants, PM I/II as an individual contributor.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders with client and A/E.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Support construction activities to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
• Develop new business opportunities.
