Job summary

Rosendin in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct multiple projects, lead a team of project managers, and drive successful outcomes for our clients. You will proactively pursue new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers while ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, and budget goals.

The role requires a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership, and the ability to forecast financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise project managers and project staff in daily tasks.
• Train and mentor Project Managers in company systems and philosophy.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage project finances.
• Maintain liaison with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
