Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Culpeper, VA to direct multiple projects and lead a team of PMs and assistants. You will drive project objectives, schedules, and budgets, while maintaining strong client and A/E relationships to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in electrical construction, leadership, and financial forecasting, with travel up to 25% and a commitment to safety and quality on-site and in office environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and integrity.
• Ability to forecast finances and manage project scope.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise a team of project managers and assistants.
• Train and supervise project managers in company systems.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders and track progress logs.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E; ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage progress billing.
