Job summary

Rosendin in Sterling, VA seeks a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction with unparalleled service. You will support several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance.

Responsibilities include planning, directing activities, preparing estimates, managing change orders, monitoring safety and budget, and communicating with clients and teams. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years PM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the project after reviewing plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Oversee change orders and negotiate them to closure.
• Monitor site activities to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
