Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery. You will mentor junior staff and manage two to four small/medium projects, or one to two large projects, with a focus on staying on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train and provide direction to Project Assistant and/or Project Manager I in maintaining project tracking devices.
• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise and train Project Assistants and/or Project Manager I.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards per corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate change orders and supervise preparation of quotations.
