Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead project directions, teams, and financial outcomes for multiple projects or one large project. You will drive client relations, manage PMs and assistants, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will oversee safety, scheduling, and technical execution on-site, coordinating with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to achieve exceptional results and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policies.
• Effectively supervise a staff in day-to-day administration of a project or supervise two or more Project Managers.
• Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project.
• Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
• Train and supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project tracking devices.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage financial aspects of contracts.
