Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple projects. Lead a team of project managers to deliver exceptional client results on commercial electrical construction endeavors.

You will manage change orders, monitor progress, and maintain client relationships while ensuring safety standards and on-time delivery. This role is based on-site with travel as required and offers full benefits and ESOP participation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Proven ability to mentor and manage others.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Supervise Project Managers and Project Assistants; drive scheduling and cost control.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contracts finances.
• Liaise with client, A/E and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time completion within budgets.
• Represent the company in client meetings and manage change orders.
