Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the overall direction and financial outcomes of several projects in the electrical construction sector. You will manage a team of project managers and assistants, developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive experience in electrical construction project management, leadership, and strong financial acumen. Travel and site presence are expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license is a plus.
• 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Ability to mentor and manage others; strong leadership.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Oracle and Accubid helps.

Responsibilities

• Set project objectives, policies, and performance standards for field teams.
• Supervise Project Managers and Project Assistants; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Train staff on company systems and project processes.
• Negotiate change orders and manage progress billing and cost reporting.
• Maintain logs and liaise with clients, A/E, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality.
