Lemartec Corporation seeks a Project Director to lead a team of senior project managers, field staff, and support personnel across multiple projects nationwide. You will manage projects at a strategic level, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, developing proposal strategies with Business Development, and serving as the primary client liaison while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Director.
• Ability to travel within the U.S.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $250M in value.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and construction software (Procore, Viewpoint, Sage).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PMs, field staff, and support personnel across multiple projects.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and performance reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all projects.
• Manage client relationships and strategic account growth.
• Coordinate risk management and project execution plans.
