Lemartec Corporation seeks an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead PMs, assistants, and superintendents on diverse infrastructure projects across the United States. This traveling role requires frequent on-site coordination, client liaison, and strategic project oversight to maximize value and performance.

The position offers a six-figure compensation range and comprehensive benefits. Responsibility includes pre-construction work, risk mitigation, and developing strong subcontractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5 additional years may substitute for experience.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project manager experience
• 10 to 20 years of experience as a Project manager on commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop contingency plans proactively to mitigate risks on the critical path.
• Lead the pre-construction/RFP package effort with the estimating department.
• Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to drive opportunities and project success.
• Manage multiple project teams and ensure quality, on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
