Lemartec Corporation seeks an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead PMs, assistants, and superintendents on complex electrical construction programs. This executive role requires driving project delivery, closing new business, and ensuring client satisfaction across diverse projects.

The position travels up to 100% across the U.S., supporting sites nationwide and coordinating with the estimating, accounting, and operations teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10–20 years PM experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S.
• Proficiency in scheduling and planning using P6 or MS Project; estimating software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks on critical paths.
• Recruit and manage subcontractors; track and procure new work.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP efforts with estimating department.
• Ensure project quality control and client satisfaction.
