Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15+ years as Senior Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• 5+ years as Project Director.
• Ability to travel within the U.S.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $250M in value.
• Design-build project experience.
• Strong professionalism and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior project managers, project managers, field staff and support staff across projects.
• Manage projects at a strategic level to ensure value, quality, safety, on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring and control, including PSR and contract management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Coach and guide project teams; develop budgets, schedules, and performance plans.
