Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Project Director to lead senior PMs, project managers, and field staff across diverse projects nationwide. You will be responsible for strategic oversight, budgets, schedules, and ensuring performance aligns with contract requirements and safety standards.

Travel up to 100% is required; you will coordinate with executives, develop winning plans, and drive project execution while mentoring teams to meet high quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15 years as Senior Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• 5 years as Project Director.
• Ability to travel within the U.S.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $250M in value.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior project managers, project managers, field staff across multiple projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance to meet objectives and contracts.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance with EH&S requirements.
• Develop contract strategy, pricing plans, and change control processes.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders and provide periodic project updates.
