Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Project Director to lead senior project managers, field staff, and support teams across multiple projects. The role requires managing projects at a strategic level to ensure value, quality, safety, and adherence to budgets and schedules.

You will oversee planning, execution, and control activities, provide coaching to project teams, and coordinate with operations leadership to align project goals with Lemartec and MasTec objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Manages strategic aspects of large engagements and mitigates risk.
• Oversees Project Managers and managers on client engagements.
• Reviews high-level deliverables across practice.
• Ensures engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures occur.
• Provides leadership across all assigned projects.
• Develops, implements, and maintains sound business practices and strategic objectives aligned with Lemartec initiatives.
