Job summary

Superior in Canton, Ohio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects on-site. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure timely project completion.

The role requires extensive construction management experience and active safety certifications. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates, with compensation in the $135,000–$175,000 per year range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with design-build, hard-bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with vendors, clients, and executives.
• Manage project risk and escalate issues to leadership.
• Maintain client relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
• Oversee project finance: billings, cost control, change orders, cost-to-complete.
• Ensure full schedule compliance from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings with customers.
• Ensure material availability across departments.
• Manage contract scope and negotiate changes.
• Maintain high safety on the jobsite.
