Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects across Central Ohio. You will drive project schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure timely completion.

This on-site role requires strong leadership and a focus on safety and client relationships. The position reports to the Project Executive, with relocation support available for qualified candidates and pay ranges between $135,000 and $175,000 per year based

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Bonus: Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, or related certification.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.
• Proficient with construction management software and project controls.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and provide clear guidance to team members, vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate and manage project risk and escalate concerns quickly to leadership.
• Maintain client trust through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Oversee project finance activities: billings, setup, cost control, and change orders.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules from kickoff to closeout.
• Lead project meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-department material availability and logistics.
• Own the full project contract scope and negotiate changes as needed.
• Maintain a high level of safety on the jobsite.
