The Superior Group is seeking a Construction Project Executive to lead large electrical construction projects from Canton, Ohio. You will oversee a team, manage project KPIs, mitigate risk, and work directly with customers, trade partners, and executives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, including large scale projects.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects from $100M+.
• Building and managing dynamic, high-performance teams.
• Experience presenting during business pitches and industry events.
• Familiar with crisis management and rapid response.
• Extensive knowledge in construction management and project finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of major projects from pre-construction to closeout for multiple customers.
• Collaborate with Project Operations and Field Operations to drive projects forward.
• Coordinate with Department leaders across the organization.
• Oversee financial performance and risk management of each project.
• Represent the company in principal meetings with customers and subcontractors.
• Serve as a strategic partner to customers and nurture senior-level relationships.
• Participate in business development and new pursuits.
• Invest in professional development of Project Operations staff.
• Uphold high safety standards on the jobsite.
