Job summary

Superior in Piketon, Ohio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects on site. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while coordinating with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure timely completion.

The role requires extensive PM experience in commercial construction, with relocation support offered for qualified senior candidates. Expect a hands-on leadership position on a Cleveland-area jobsite with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Bonus points for a Construction Management or Engineering degree or related certifications.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.
• Knowledge of construction management software and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and ensure clear communication with vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate project risk and escalate issues to leadership with proposed solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and problem solving.
• Oversee all project finance activities: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings and coordinate planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Own the full contract scope and negotiate changes as required.
• Maintain a high standard of safety across the jobsite.
