Job summary

The Superior Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects on-site in Franklin Furnace, Ohio. You will manage project scope, coordinate schedules and resources, and ensure budgets and timelines are met while working closely with the Superintendent and foremen.

This full-time role offers a $105,000–$140,000 salary with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project operations/PM experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree or certificate in construction management or related field.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M-$50M.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns – and solutions – quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
• Create and manage the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
• Manage all project finance requirements, including billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost to complete
• Earn the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges
• Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
• Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed
• Serve as a key leader and provide clear communication and guidance to all team members
• Understand the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed
• Review all project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Ensure the timely completion of all job closeout procedures
• Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite
