Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Assistant Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to drive our electrical construction projects forward at Jeffersonville, Ohio. The role focuses on enhancing on-site operations, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration.

Based on a jobsite in Jeffersonville, OH, the role reports to the Project Manager and offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction or project operations experience on a commercial construction jobsite (incl. internships).
• Degree in Construction Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field; or a Construction Management certificate.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred as bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit RFIs and ensure integration into project docs.
• Coordinate with vendors on the project submittal process lifecycle.
• Support creation, submission, and management of change orders.
• Capture progress by updating contract docs and photographing the jobsite.
• Monitor project schedule and provide updates to leadership.
• Work with the Foreman on delivery of materials/equipment to site.
• Lead project close-out, including docs, warranties, waivers, as-builds, attic stock.
• Develop understanding of project finance with operations and finance leadership.
