Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects on a Piketon, Ohio jobsite. You will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and collaboration with the Superintendent and Foremen to keep work progressing safely and on time.

With 8+ years in commercial construction, you will drive risk management, client relations, and cost control, including billing, change orders, and cost-to-complete. A Construction Management or related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.
• Proficiency with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team(s) with clear communication to vendors, clients and leaders.
• Mitigate risk and elevate concerns with timely solutions.
• Manage project finances: billings, setup, cost control and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure adherence to schedule and project closeout milestones.
• Oversee safety and coordination with Superintendent and Foremen.
