Superior is seeking a Construction Project Executive to lead and grow several large electrical construction projects for multiple customers. Based on a Canton jobsite, the role oversees a team of Project Operations personnel, drives project KPIs, mitigates risk, and collaborates with customers, trade partners, and company executives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience on large scale, complex commercial projects.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects $100M+.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performance teams.
• Experienced with presenting during pitches, meetings, and industry events.
• Familiar with crisis management and rapid response.
• Extensive knowledge in construction management and project finance.
• Knowledgeable about industry codes, standards, requirements, and methods.
• Bonus: Construction Systems Management, Engineering degree, or related certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of one or several major projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Work with Project Operations and Field Operations to drive progress and resolve challenges.
• Collaborate with department leaders across the organization.
• Oversee financial performance and risk management for each project.
• Represent the company in principal meetings with customers and subs.
• Serve as a strategic partner to customers and nurture senior relationships.
• Participate in business development and new pursuits.
• Invest in professional development of Project Operations staff.
• Uphold a high degree of safety on the jobsite.
