Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Experience managing patent prosecution docket and ownership of applications.
• Experience collaborating with partners, admins, paralegals, and docketing staff.
• Law firm or in-house IP experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and globally prosecute US and foreign patent applications.
• Coordinate with foreign law firms to file foreign patent applications.
• Communicate with clients to process and file documents and notices.
• Review country requirements and obtain Foreign Filing License where needed.
• Meet billable hour targets and assist with project coordination.
