RTX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for factory production support in McKinney, TX. You will work with engineering, factory management, and operations to troubleshoot CCAs, sub-assemblies, and systems, ensuring root cause identification and corrective actions.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies, and the ability to read schematics. Onsite work with potential weekend support and a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with standard electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
• Experience troubleshooting CCAs, sub-assemblies, and complex systems; knowledge of Op-Amps, DAC/ADC.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings or electrical schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot failing tests; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate failure trends; perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Support troubleshooting and repairs for CCAs and systems in McKinney programs (AMRAAM, Harpoon, SM2).
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting aids, tools, and documentation for production and test processes.
• Work to reduce cycle time, minimize touch time, and optimize production costs.
