Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Production Growth Test team in McKinney, TX. You will develop testability analyses and MBSE models to enable expanded capability from module to system level testing.

You will implement design, verification, and test strategies, supporting BIT, DVT, and Qualification activities while maintaining traceability and relations across artifacts. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with schematics using capture and board layout tools.
• Experience developing or maintaining BIT testing, Qualification, and/or DVT.
• Experience with model-based diagnostics and MBSE tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain engineering schematics and layouts.
• Maintain full requirements traceability across models, schematics, and verification artifacts.
• Support development of BIT and diagnostic requirements.
• Plan, execute, and support DVT and Qualification testing.
• Implement MBSE models using Cameo and maintain design consistency.
• Design and optimize fault detection and isolation strategies.
