Job summary

IES is seeking an Electrical Leadman in San Antonio, TX to perform advanced electrical work and lead rough-ins/trim-outs. You will review plans, diagnose complex issues, and ensure safety and code compliance while coordinating with multiple teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a track record of reliable on-site leadership. The role requires travel to project sites and hands-on field operations.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
English speaking/reading/writing preferred; required where necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
Lead electrical jobs focusing on rough-ins and trim-outs.
