IES in New Braunfels, TX seeks an Electrical Leadman to perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while guiding field crews to complete projects safely and on schedule.
The ideal candidate has a Master Electrician license, 2–4 years of leadership experience, and strong knowledge of codes and blueprints, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced construction environment.

- Support project timelines and field operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and teams.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
