Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Lead Project Engineer to oversee all electrical activities on-site, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. You will serve as the SME for electrical systems and guide field engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams.

The role requires a strong background in power systems, project coordination, and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Typically 5–10+ years of experience in electrical field engineering, construction, commissioning, or related roles.
Proven experience leading field engineering teams on large industrial, utility, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of electrical power systems, protection schemes, and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical expertise for electrical systems, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, control systems, and equipment.
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to support installation and commissioning activities.
Lead field engineering teams, offering guidance, mentoring, and technical support.
Coordinate electrical installation activities with construction, mechanical, civil, and instrumentation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
