Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Lead Project Engineer to oversee electrical engineering activities at job sites, directing field engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical power systems, schematics, and testing. Travel to various locations and on-site work are expected to ensure project success across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years in electrical field engineering or related roles.
• Experience leading field engineering teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site expertise for electrical systems including power distribution and control.
• Interpret drawings and specs to support installation and commissioning.
• Lead field engineers and coordinate with construction and other teams.
• Review design documents for constructability and issues.
• Oversee testing, commissioning of equipment and safety reviews.
